【Shopify】商品の一部を発送する手順

Shopifyの注文から一部の商品のみ発送する場合の手順です。

  1. Shopify注文管理画面の注文詳細画面に移動し、未発送商品の右下にある「アイテムをフルフィルメント」ボタンをクリックします。
    一部発送手順1
  2. 発送しない商品の数量変更を行います。
    （発送しない商品は数量を0にしてください。）
    配送業者をプルタブから選択し、追跡番号を入力します。
    その下の「配送状況の詳細を今すぐお客様に送信する」にチェックを入れておくと追跡番号を記載したメールがお客様に送信されます。
    数量変更、配送業者の選択、追跡番号の入力が完了したら右下にある「アイテムをフルフィルメント」ボタンをクリックします。
  3. こちらで商品が発送済みに変更されました。

  4. 送信されるメールはデフォルトだと以下の通りになります。

  5. 残りの商品も1~3.の手順で後日発送してください。
